Kinda fluffy but a little bit too firm for me. Because they were at a good price, I placed them in the Guest bedroom
Serra pillows
They seem ok but nothing special. The pictures show fully stuffed casing including the corners. The delivery corners are smashed down. Shipping is over priced. Overall just average.

Supposed to be Serra pillows, however the only branding was on the plastic bag they arrived in, nothing on pillow itself. First thing I had to do was mend a seam along the edge of the pillow. Looked like Macy's was passing off an inferior product, knock off name brand. NOT the usual quality of Macy's, the name we have grown to love and "trust"
