Cooling pillow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review and opinion. The pillow comes with a zippered cover that can be washed. This isn’t a pillowcase just a cover on the pillow. It’s a good balance of firm and soft and because of the gel feels cooling to the skin. It’s a good pillow!

Comfortable pillow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very comfortable pillow. I sleep on my side and also on my back and it’s comfortable either way I sleep. You can remove the stuffing to adjust for your comfort level. My opinion is that it’s not overfilled and it has just the perfect amount of stuffing. I did notice a chemical smell the first two nights I used the pillow, but after the second night it was gone. I do recommend this pillow.

Adjustable but Messy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this Serta Adjustable pillows. I never have any luck finding the right pillow its either to high or too low. So it was nice to be able to build my own. Straight out the package it was too low for me, so I took some fluff from the other pillow to build it up. It was messy, the stuffing goes everywhere prepare to vacuum after. Ive been trying it out for about a month now so far not bad. Would I recommend maybe if you like to Diy. But other than that no.

It’s okay

Machine washable AND adjustable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this entire pillow is machine washable! Filling and all! The pillowcase itself is very soft - not silky, but more of a buttery velvety smooth. With a 2nd interior breathable mesh zip case that holds the foam. I think this is perfect my guest room as it can be customized. If you like a thicker pillow, leave as is.. if you need something a little thinner, you can remove some filling. No one wakes up with a sore neck! Great price point too!

Super comfortable
