Solved the problem

We were looking for a softer feel for our firm mattress without buying another one. Thought about a feather topper, read the reviews and thought I’d try it. Best decision ever! Turned our firm mattress into a much more comfortable environment.

So so

Wasn’t what I expected . I ordered a queen and was sent a king. It hangs off both sides of my bed. It didn’t ever full out when unwrapped.

very heavy. cumbersome to wash and dry. totally impractical for everyday use.

Terrible customer service

I did not receive my order...no tracking info. Called macy customer service 3 times, no help. Very disappointed. Finally they cancelled and refinded.
