Poor customer service.

Terrible customer service. Spent extra for 2- day express shipping, showed up 2 weeks after Christmas. Fine. Asked rep over chat to refund my shipping charges. They said ok, waited weeks, nothing happened. Asked another rep over chat to refund shipping charges. Said ok, it’s been weeks, no refund.

Adorable Feminine Seiko Women’s Automatic Watch

I Love my new Seiko watch. It is adorable and very feminine. It tells me just what I want to know, besides the time. At a glance I can see the date and day of the week. And in the dark, the indices glow, as does the hands of the watch. The color of the watch and leather band is more like a light Taupe, to me. I highly recommend this watch for all fashion conscious women, of all ages! And it never needs a battery!!

Too small

The band is too thin and watch wouldn’t sit flat on my wrist. Tightening band would cause an indentation on my wrist making the fit look odd and my wrist is generally petite for most watches. Too bad as the color of band and face is pretty!
