Careful Letting Salesperson Adjust Your Watch

Careful letting any salesperson adjust your watch wrist band. Make sure they know what they are doing. These links have a sleeve and need knowledgeable handling. One sales women just pounded away at the pin to remove a link and put it back. The pin fell out and the wrist band was broken. Had to be fixed by another person on another trip back to the store. Lost my genuine parts on a brand new watch. Otherwise watch itself is 5 stars.

FALSE Advertizing

Macy"s DOES NOT provide a 2 Year Limited Warranty as advertised on this watch. Macy's DOES NOT provide a "WORRY NO MORE JEWELRY AND WATCH PROTECTION" on this watch as advertised. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone trying to get this warranty information to be told Macy doesn't provide a warranty. I was also told the same info by an online Chat person. Both customer service reps provided me with two different phone numbers for Seiko's warranty information. False information is being provided by Macy's. BEWARE!!

Amazing Time Piece!

I'm a watch collector, I LOVE this well built Seiko. With the traditional Seiko dive look. The stunning Blue Bezel/Dial is a looker! At this price point, you get a polished and brushed 44 mm case. A polished screw down crown with a red ring. Drilled case pin holes. I like the RED markers at the 12,3,6, and nine o clock. A Lollipop seconds hand. The minutes and hour hands are a great execution against this beautiful Blue dial. The date cyclops I enjoy for a quick glance in low lighting situations. Seiko's lume is probably the best. And solar in this amazing time piece. I made the right choice shopping at Macy's. Very nicely done!

Very nice watch. It feels well finished and polished. The dial is vibrant and clear. Keeps good time and looks very nice. It is heavy.

My go-to daily watch

This watch is beautiful. I love wearing it. I have had it a year now. One of my clients has a Rolex that resembles this watch. He said he likes this Seiko better. He wears Seikos as well. I have 12 watches and learned early Macy's is the best place to buy a watch. They ordered this watch and had it sent to me. Great service, great price. This watch is Seiko's answer to other solar options. I prefer Seikos because of their integral history in watch making.
