Paid Extra for 2 Day Delivery

I paid extra to get this before Valentine’s Day. Instead I’m being told it’ll arrive 5 days after ordered. Why offer 2-3 day delivery if you can’t fulfill the job. I would have just ordered regular shipment and save myself extra charges. Not happy for the false sale.
