Beautiful Jacket

I purchased this Shelby Collection Women's SoftShell with the hood Jacket in the Navy Blue color, which is absolutely gorgeous, I was disappointed because I ordered the jacket in a Large so I called customer service and asked her if she would honor the price, because it was too big so she explained to me that Macy's cannot honor the price being that the Jacket comes from a 3rd party seller and not from Macy's so she told me if I would like to think about returning to Jacket and I told her yes because I got the jacket when it was on sale, after I got off the phone with her I went back and I tried on the jacket again and I didn't realize that I could adjust it because it had a cord in the back which was adjustable, and the sleeves was a bit long so I rolled up the sleeves a tad bit and I adjusted the cord around the waist and I decided to keep it. Once I did that it looked great on me.

Love my new jacket!!

My new Sebby jacket is the best! It’s just heavy enough to keep warm but not so heavy to make it too warm while in the car. The fit is very nice and it is very stylish. I’m ordering another in a different color.

Great coat

I absolutely love this coat. It is so well made. It's a good in between coat, for late winter early spring and for the fall. The large fit perfectly. I highly recommend it. I bought the granite color, which I love.

Happy with purchase

Love the color and fit. The sleeve length is good and the fit is perfect. This is my first time I purchased a Sebby jacket and I couldn't be happier with the quality or fit.

Color, sizing, and value

These jackets are nice and a good value. I purchased a medium in the burgundy color. I was disappointed, though, that the color was darker than the color shown online. I would have also purchased one in navy and black, but the mediums in those were too small and the large too big. :(

Nice jacket.

This was a thicker jacket than I was expecting. It’s not really soft she’ll, it’s quite heavy. Quality feels great, but I wanted a lighter jacket.
