Love it!!

I ordered this coat last minute because I'm going to a cold place. Item was delivered in a timely manner. I absolutely love the coat!! It fits great, plenty of room (I ordered a large) Can't wait to wear it!!

Great coat

This coat is warm and fits me well. My only complaint is that the pockets aren’t very deep. But other than shallow pockets this coat is a very good fit and buy.

No refund no exchange seller is not Macys

I bought a Sebby Women's heavyweight softshell coat through the Macys website. It was too big so I wanted to exchange for a different size but Macy's would not honor me same discount price so I returned it at the Macys store. After 2 weeks, I still didn't get credit back to my Macys card. I called the customer service, they told me to go to the Macys store and ask them to ship the coat I returned back to the seller. If this seller didn't get the coat back, they told me I would not get credit back! I bought it from Macy's online and I returned to the Macy's store as usual. I didn't know Macys is not responsible for this purchase!! If I go to the Macys store and ask SOMEONE there to ship back my returned coat to this SELLER, do they know what I am talking about and do they do it?

Coat was too small in the hips. I wear an XLarge and never had this problem before.
