Comfortable Sectional
Very comfortable Sectional. The only problems are the cell phone charger in the console quit working after day one and the couch started creaking after a week or so. The primary reason for the 3 star review is the atrocious customer service. They delivered the wrong piece twice and didn't get it right until the third delivery. During that time was a holiday gathering which was ruined (we moved out to another family members house) and horrible communication and false promisesFor discounts and experience resolution. It didn't happen. Very disappointed.

Very nice, good quality, and comfortable
I bought this sofa for my mom's place. She loves it! It looks great, good quality, the microfiber feels nice like suede, and it's semi-firm yet comfortable. The recliner seats are a good width, and when reclined it almost extends out completely. I purchased the floor model at a good discount, so it was definitely worth it. I wouldn't buy it at full price, but I would recommend it on sale.

Horrible Experience Missing Pieces
Horrible Experience – Missing Pieces I ordered this a few weeks ago, and it was supposed to be delivered on 02/11. However, just an hour before the scheduled delivery, a representative called to inform me that the delivery person had left a piece at the warehouse, so the delivery was rescheduled for today. We were super excited to finally receive it, but guess what? The couch is still incomplete—it’s missing another piece. I am utterly frustrated and have decided to cancel the order. I honestly don’t know how a business can operate with such poor customer service. After this experience, I don’t think I’ll ever shop at Macy’s again. I hope this review helps others avoid a similar disappointment.

Horrible sectional zero stars if I could
We bought this couch in June. It finally arrived 2 weeks late due to a "Delivery truck error" in July. One of the recliners was broken when dilvered. The recliners were wired improperly, and had been tampered with, and stapled together poorly, We left to go on Vacation the very next day. When we got back we finally were able to sit on the couches. They were awful. They felt nothing like the ones at Macy's. After a few night's of watching TV, my wife and I started to have back problems. We had no back issues before owning this sectional. I was still waiting on Macy's to resolve the broken couch. I was able to fix the wiring myself, but demanded we get a new unaltered unit since we paid $5,000 for it. I told Macy's I'd like to return the couches because they are hurting us, but they said there was a 3 day rule. We were on vacation the entire 3 days. DO NOT BUY THIS SECTIONAL We've had it 4 months now, still hurts every night. Macy's support is awful.

buyer beware
in response to the previous review. Macy s sent us a used end recliner as well....nine months old and looks like we had it for years. I reviewed this sectional last spring and it's been taken down. Very disappointing .

Surprisingly not great
We’ve had this sofa for a year now, I waited to review it to have an accurate review. Unfortunately, this is the second time a section has had to be replaced. The autorecliner bar under the seat tends to bend/break easily causing your recline to be on an angle. Like you’re holding-on-to-dear-life you’re so on an angle. Really unimpressed for the price.

Still waiting…
Love that I received the option to review before they will ship. This is in stock and at the warehouse however, Macy’s will not deliver to my area for 6 weeks. I’m only 45 min outside the city. They also will not let me pick up at the warehouse. Crazy!! Not sure I will buy furniture from Macy’s again. Can’t share my thoughts on the couch I haven’t received yet.

Cancelled custom order over a month after deposit
My order was cancelled by the manufacturer. I had custom ordered the furniture in leather when the manufacturer decided it did not wish to fulfill the order after having my deposit on the order for over a month. Deplorable service from the manufacturer and Macy's doesn't seem to care. My refund was processed on the wrong credit card. The whole ordeal went from being very exciting to now looking at furniture elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed in Macy's.
