Disappointed

I purchased 2 trees. The trees are not as pictured in terms of shape and style of the branches and color of the lights. The branches are not full, the ends look like chicken feet, and the lights are cool, not warm. One one tree, the lights do not work. Of course, I have missed the return window. I’m very disappointed with the inaccurate description on the website and poor quality of the trees.
