Let me tell you!! This was the worst investment I ever made in my life, a mattress was a total scam, in fact they lowered the price, the warranty is a scam, my mattress sank in less than 5 months, Macy's sent a manufacturing inspector and it turns out that the mattress's sinking does not meet the measurements required by the manufacturer, and Macy's is fine, thank you, it complies with the seller's rules while my spine is destroyed, I will close my Macy's credit card, they do not look after customer satisfaction at all. If i have to go to the hospital. I hold Macy's responsible for any health damage this mattress may cause me.

Good mattress despite missing legs :0

The adjustable base was delivered missing the 2 center legs, but they replaced them within a week and it now looks great. The mattress was comfortable even when the legs were missing :)

Mattress fine, lower box springs questionable

I read all the reviews before selecting this mattress for my son's condo. Several people mentioned the lower box springs (5 inches tall vs 10 in for the standard). Some liked it and some did not for various reasons. However, no one mentioned that if you change from the standard box springs to the lower box springs your dust ruffle will not fit, if you have one. It will be too long with the lower box springs. Just something else to consider. My son likes the new mattress and says he will keep the lower box springs. We'll toss the dust ruffle. Not sure I made the right decision but we'll live with it.

Purchased Online, Love it!

I purchased this mattress online without seeing or feeling it in person. I usually don't like to do that, and hate mattresses in boxes that are made of foam and nothing else, these days. I was nervous that I maybe got a bad mattress and wouldn't know until I had it in my home already, but I was so pleasantly surprised. It is perfect for me. Firm and soft all at once. It is a luxurious mattress with a really nice depth. I'm so happy I got this. I've been sleeping like a queen since. And I got it on the Labor Day sale, to boot!
