This mattress is very comfortable.

Very disappointed. This mattress is very hard and not plush as advertised. I am struggling getting return and getting the run around by Macy’s. Since I purchased I have developed a severe back pain.

Wonderful New Bed and Great Service!

I purchased this mattress for my mother. The box spring came with it. She loves her new bed! The delivery crew were excellent! They hauled the old mattress and box spring away in a seamless process. It was a wonderful experience.

Sadly, more uncomfortable and more pain than before.

I loved the idea of the cooling feature of this mattress. Unfortunately to have the 10 year warranty you have to purchase a mattress encasement which covers the entire mattress. This defeats the cooling part of the mattress. My husband and I both wake up with back, hip and leg pain worse than with our old mattress. Laying on the back, side or stomach doesn't make a difference, some body part is going to hurt. I wake up during the night with my hip hurting and have to get up for a while. I really wish I didn't have the delivery people take our old mattress away.

Too hard

The bed is harder than what I like. I can feel the springs or something hard. The mattress groans when I either get in bed or get out of bed.

I procrastinated buying a new mattress because the prospect was so daunting. Once I decided that I was not interested in foam, the process was simple. The minute I tried my posture pedic I was hooked and I haven't changed my mind. Great mattress-great sleep. No morning discomfort.
