WORST PURCHASE EVER

So I purchased this mattress and it came defective from manufacturer. It was compressed from one side. Contacted Macy’s for exchange and they said it have to be inspected by their personal first. The person came for inspection was so rude. First he came late then the schedule time he contacted me in the morning that he will come. Then he did not even look at the mattress. Just start saying the bed is broken and not even. I ask him that we never used the mattress on the bed we had it on bed spring only and we put it here in one room so my kids won’t destroy it before inspection. And we had noticed the compression on the mattress at first sight it was so visible. He never even look at the mattress how compressed it was. Left with great attitude and not even answering a simple question why matters Look compressed one side and not the other.

It's just Ok

Feels a little too firm but I just got it last week so I will see if I gets softer as I break it in. Be sure to get a low foundation as opposed to a standard as it is very high off the ground and at 5 ft 7, I still need to use a step stool to climb up on it

Great Buy

I really like this bed. I've had it for about a month and it's so comfortable. I am still breaking it in but I had a similar style of mattress and it lasted almost 10 years!

Frustrating purchase again!

Purchasing a bed from Macy's shouldn't be so difficult. This exact scenario happened years ago when I purchased a bed from Macy's. I scheduled a specific date/day which coordinates with my work schedule. Any Tuesday will work but apparently this doesn't work for the shipping company. Based on my conversation, I will not receive my bed until February. Here we go again!
