Not what I was expecting!
Terrible. I didn't realize that the plastic zipped case the pad came in was cracked and ripped. I don't know if that had anything to do with the quality. (The age) I have to see if I can see when this pad was manufactured on the tag. This mattress pad does not even resemble the description. Plush. Where???? The skirt on it is stretched out and flimsy. I'm so disappointed. I figured if I'm purchasing it from Macys, I'm getting a quality pad. Wrong! Too bad I can't give no stars.

Weak Elastic Construction
I was looking mainly to soften the feel of my firm mattress, some protection but not waterproof. I had purchased a Sealy in the past which after 10plus years still holds up well in the guest room. Main problem i faced with this product was while pulling the elastic portion to fit my standard queen (not deep) mattress, i felt the bottom seams break. i saw the frayed threads all around. I like the slightly padded top portion and it will probably perform fine. but now i fear taking it out for a wash and placing it back on!
