Poor, poor, POOR Customer Service
This pillow was very firm and uncomfortable. I had ordered two pillows. I returned them both. I received an email confirming receipt of the 2 pillows I returned. Over a week later I received a refund for only one of the pillows. I reached out to the customer service number which is handled overseas. The young lady said she would take care of it and I would see a refund for the second pillow in 3-5 business days. Over 7 days later I had not received my refund and I reached out again to the customer service center. This time the young man, Juan, was absolutely useless and unable to help me out. I requested to speak to his manager and after a very long wait on hold he told me he could not pass me on to his manager. He did transfer me to another department and, after another long conversation with this young lady, she was able to get me a credit. But again, it would take 3-5 business days to be reflected on my Macy's credit card. With technology today, this is the most bureaucratic and bogged down processing system. I was very frustrated and disappointed with the service.
