wonderful bed! wonderful delivery!

I wanted a softer bed and this bed is soft and sturdy! I just love it! The Macys delivery team were excellent, lots of updates and when they arrived they were in and out in about ten minutes and that included them taking my old king size mattress! I would definitely recommend Macys for a mattress!!

Back Saver

I own an Essentials Spring Euro Top 12 Medium. My model wasn't listed. I love this bed. It is not made for the adjustable bed frame. For some reason the mattresses for those frames kill my back. I had to really hunt to find this mattress. I wasn't sure if it would work to relieve my back pain. But it took two days, and the pain was gone. The bed is soft enough to be comfortable but not so soft that you can't climb out of it.

Comfortable but smells bad

It's still comfortable like the one in the store but it has the strongest chemical smell I have ever smelled on a mattress.. I'm not sure where to begin to try and air it out...
