I purchased this mattress one year ago and it already sinking in the middle. Exchange the item.

Comfortable but sink you in

I love the mattress and wish it would last for years but I know it won’t. Just had it since end of Feb 2021. The middle just sink in.... I’m a tiny person! Luckily this is only a temporary mattress for a year or so...

Save your money

I am very disappointed in the quality of this mattress. After only 3 months of use the mattress sinks in no matter what side you lay on it. It surprises me because I have never had any issues with anything purchased from Macys before.

Disappointing

Mattress is junk. Great for looks in a guest room. Didn't last 2 years. Sagging and indentation occurred from the adjustable bed. Warranty would not cover, replace or prorate any coverage. This is a single sided mattress. Don't be fooled, the don't last. Don't waste your money.

Bismardc and Everth awesome deliver team and early

This mattress is like sleeping on a all supportive cloud. I am so happy with it I I am actually sleeping through an entire night now. And the service is exceptional then Natchez delivers we’re professional and courteous. Very happy with my purchase. I bought this Mattress , November 5-2020. I also bought a brand new box spring from Macy’s. This mattress is soft in the middle compared to the sides of the mattress. I have back pains every morning and I’m not a heavy person. I’ M SOOOO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS MATTRESS. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MATTRESS.
