Great purchase
Mattress cover is very nice. Because it's new, I can't tell you how it's wearing. The quality seems very nice.
Mind the fine print
I ordered this mattress pad because it was billed as being 100% cotton. Sadly it wasn't until I pulled it off to wash it that I read the attached tag saying that the fill was polyester - which I never would have bought. Additionally, I don't understand how manufacturers think that a light knit material and small elastic will keep a mattress pad in place. Not a happy bunny.

Even though I followed, the washing and drying directions, sections of the mattress cover were totally burnt, and I am about to return it to Macy’s.

Exactly what I wanted.
I bought these for my split king sleep number bed. The top is cotton, sides are nylon .i like that they stay on the bed unlike all nylon that slips off and crumples the sheets . They help keep the sheets from moving .
Poor quality
This mattress pad is absolutely the poorest quality I’ve seen in a product. After first wash the material is bunched up and ripping. I missed the return window so I’ll keep them but what a waste of money. I’ll need to replace soon.

mattress pad review
Spent over an hour trying to find out what happened to the mattress pad. After going thru a laborious online chat, which told me that it was delivered to me (wrong!). I received an email saying it had been sent to Tifton, GA, when I live in Brooklyn, NY. Next stop: customer service by phone. The poor customer service agent (probably in the Philippines) had to preface each sentence with "to be totally transparent" or "I completely understand where you're coming from." I finally was given the choice of getting a refund, but the agent was not even authorized to issue an email confirmation of the refund. So I had to repeatedly request to speak to a supervisor so that she could "override" and issue the email confirmation. Never again.
