Horrible pillows!!

These are the worst pillows I have ever purchased, somewhat like laying your head in mashed potatoes! What part of firm are they speaking about?? And to top it off, Macys is absolutely ZERO help with the return process or refund. Never again will I purchase from Macys again.

It provides firm support so I bought it for my mom, she likes firm pillow. On the contrary, it is very soft. Will return it.
