Pretty good and worth it

Got a couple months ago, still going strong. No serious problems at all, its easy and fast to set up, and it overall just good. Good price and good product

Helped out storage

I bought this product in order to expand my XBox X hard drive. The drive was easy to hook up and install. Unfortunately the drive only allows you to store games and you cannot play them unless you move them back to your XBox, at least for XBox X/S games. Luckily the transfer is relatively fast, about 10 minutes or less for a 60gb game so it is not a big loss.

I bought this 4tb Xbox drive a few weeks ago and I could not be happier it is fast and reliable I will be buying two more for the other Xboxs in my house

Fast set up and use of direct-connect external HD

I bought this as a replacement for my Western Digital 1TB external HD that suddenly quit working (according to X-Box Series-X write-up, Microsoft did an update that "upgraded" features but killed USB 2.0, so was forced to upgrade to USB 3.0 and a 4TB Seagate). Though it appears great, I am finding almost weekly problems with the X-Box Series-X "dropping" the external drive, so I have to turn-off the X-box, disconnect the drive, swapping it to another USB 3.0 port (there are only two), reboot the X-Box and hope, pray, wince, pace, etc. dredding the X-Box won't show the external drive as an option...phew! Thus far (four times since receiving the Seagate 4TB drive), this method has worked.

Harassing emails

I return the item which took an unusually long time to arrive within the date listed in the app, next thing I know the unbeatable sales company is harassing me and saying I should not have been able to return it! Plus no refund (even though they got it back), I am not shopping on this app again- and I will recommend
