Schmidt'sDeodorant Rose + Vanilla Deodorant Jar

I really was excited to try this. Great idea but there’s no chance of success with no coordination. It smells nice. Schmidt’s used to be a cool little brand from the Pacific Northwest, they were sold to Unilever a few years ago. Seems like they don’t know what to do with such a niche brand. Back to the cream deodorant...it come with a little plastic paddle to scoop the very thick cream up with to apply under each arm. It was thick and pasty. Looked like the cream the can get clogged in women’s underarm pores. Not something you want to think about when using. It didn’t feel comfortable after applying and definitely didn’t work. I use natural deo 99% of the time. There are too many great natural deodorants out there that work too waste time & $ in this one. 😬 I try natural deodorants a lot, I rate a couple great ones! I really like this deodorant! The scent is nice, and it keeps me fresh all day. I have tried a lot of different natural deodorants, and this one is definitely one of my favorites. I would recommend!

Smells divine, clean ingredients and doesn't break me out. Very affective. Price is a little high but worth it me if it works and I dont have to compromise my health or environmental conscience. Satisfied with this product and their mission. Can't wait to try them all.

I like this product for its natural ingredients, but it stains my white clothes. 🥲🥲🥲

Love it!

Beautiful fragrance, not overbearing . Easy to get from the jar with the little plastics paddle, goes on smoothly. Lasts a long time and doesn’t deteriorate in quality at all.

Definitely not what I'd hoped.

I'm disappointed in this product. I specifically purchased the jar because I'm trying to cut down on plastic waste, and your website touted it as "sustainable." Well, I guess that's accurate for the actual jar, but not for the plastic lid or the little plastic spatula that was included. Applying is messy and not convenient. I won't be buying this again. I hope that you'll seek out a different sustainable option for your products, such as a cardboard application tube. In the meantime I'll be seeking out a more sustainable option elsewhere.

Lovely scent

I love this scent and formula! The product is stiff - I rub my clean finger over the surface until enough product has warmed to a creamy paste that I can massage easily into my skin. I say ditch the spatula - it didn’t do much for me. No white cast on clothing! I think the scent is lovely - I sometimes use this as a solid perfume.

Smells AMAZING and spreads on great!!! I was a little worried about how it would work given this was my first jarred deodorant, but it's totally awesome and has a great applicator. Would def buy again.
