I gifted this to a friend who has been having some anxiety and trouble sleeping. They really liked the gift and the gesture and have been using it for a few days since. It could make for a nice part of your self care routine. If you're a fan of essential oils and can use your sense of smell as a way of calming yourself, this can be a great purchase. Considering to possibly purchase a set for myself as well, but they are a little bit pricey.
