Scanpan is the best!

I've not yet purchased the 8" but have several other Scanpan products. I am an avid/experienced cook and baker. I am thrilled with Scanpan cookware, great non-stick surface, even heating and easy to clean.

Great for eggs

Love my scan pan! I was recommended this brand from a friend of a friend who is a chef in NYC. He said it doesn’t scratch and the non stick doesn’t chip.

Exceptional pan

This small CTX pan is great. It looks great and is perfect for the small jobs. I use it to cook a small breakfast (eggs and a couple of sausages) or to take care of an ingredient that is part of a larger recipe. Bear in mind, I just got this - waiting to see how long this lasts. My Caphalons lasted about 5-7 years. Hoping these will last longer...
