would not recommend

The set came missing 2 of the puzzles. I contacted customer service & was told the seller would contact me directly within 5 business days to rectify the issue but it’s been over a month. Macys wanted me to go out of my way to take the incomplete set to UPS to return but wouldn’t guarantee a refund because the seller would have to handle it.
