Item nott as described

Item received was nothing close to the item’s photo on the website, or the photo in the confirmation email. Macys agreed to issue refund, but it was a cumbersome process of phone calls and took an extra trip to return it to the shipper.

Color is way off

I ordered seafoam. It is lime green fyi. Color is substantially eau off on website.

Not quite seafoam

I have a teal Mongolian Lamb fur square pillow that I purchased years ago from Pier 1. Yeah, that long ago. I purchased this pillow for contrast. It is more mint green than seafoam and on the label it is described as mint, but it still serves my purpose. I took one star off because the color description is incorrect. Other than that, it's perfect.

Disappointed in Color

The quality was good for the sale price. The topaz color is lighter than the picture and looked more of a blond color than the goldish I wanted. Tried to make them work but the color was just too light on a light sofa.
