defective due to packaging

These arrived with the posts completely bent, some flattened all the way to the point they can’t possibly be bent back and worn. The set is really cute but should be shipped in a box not a bubble envelope. Returning.

Never received :(

I wait, and wait, and wait and it never arrived. I tracked the package finding it never left NJ to deliver in FL. It looks like is still on way since July 22th. Today is November 12th :O

Horrible Shipping and Customer Service

These were shipped to me in a soft envelope and half of the earring posts were bent. After speaking to customers service, they said that they were sending me a new set. After 2 more times contacting customer service to find out where the earrings are they told me to just return them and buy a new pair.

Super Cute

OMG! The Sanrio and Friends Stud Earring Set is amazing! There are 12 pairs with all my favorite characters like Hello Kitty and My Melody. They’re super colorful, sparkly, and comfy. I wear a different pair every day, and my friends love them too. If you love Sanrio, you need these!
