Why didn’t work ?
Doesn’t recognize my iPad and iPhone 15 pro! I read about it and needs to work manually. I bought it to be easy to work.

Sandisk iXpand Flash Drive Luce
I purchased two of these Flash Drives (256 GB). None of them work with my new iPhone 15 Pro Max which has USB Type-C connection. Impossible to get help from the developer.

Beware, specs don’t seem to be a true fit.
I bought this product to free up space on my iPhone and iPad. I was able to open it up on my iPhone, however, it will not work on my iPad. Keeps showing “connect Ixpand to your…” It is supposed to work on my iPad as prior to buying this product I reviewed the specs and my iPad Pro was listed at compatible. Now I have no photos on my phone, and I can’t access them on my iPad either. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Drive useless for iPhone-PC; Customer assist worse
Process to transfer photos from iPhone to PC is flawed. It renames the files and re-orders them so one can never be sure if all files you intended to transfer have been transferred unless you physically compare thumbnails on both. I spent nearly an hour TWICE speaking to THREE of Western Digital's help team and neither individual could help. All promised that I would hear from someone that could help, but I have not. This drive is useless for me and Western's customer assistance is even worse.

Do not recommend for iPhone 15
Have loved previous IXpand flash drives with the IXpand app. Ordered this one with the USB C connector expecting it to be recognized by the IXpand app and do automatic backup of contacts and photos. Doesn’t recognize it at all

Lousy instructions
Doesn't work at all for me! I'm not a computer guru, and I have 18,000 photos (some videos as well) and wanted to get them onto my PC. I can't get this thing to do anything. Horribly frustrating. I hope I can get my money back and help for a better product! The ads made this out to be so easy! Ha!

Does not work on apple
Does not work on my apple device an acts like device not plugged in software say insert when it is port working ok with other things
