I have purchased a Samsung TV "65" inches, and I indeed enjoy watching soccer and other sports Moreover, utilizing its USB port to insert USB flash to watching movies with UHD resolution is such a amazing experience. However, I would appreciate the customer sales service to tell me how many hours the lifespan of Samsung TV is?

Broke very fast
The TV complete broke after 18 months of use. I've never had a TV fail before and I've never had to write a bad review but I was shocked by how quickly this product died. Furthermore, I've tried to get it repaired and spent over 4 hours on the phone to try and contact someone capable of diagnosing what needs to be repaired (NOT EVEN to repair the TV itself)

Poor design and too expensive
I have had this product for a while and every time i turn my fireplace on the wifi system on it stops working and it won’t let me watch shows on it.

Defect- don’t buy!
We bought this tv for our weekend home don’t use it that much and 12 months in the color started fading. Everything looks blue and dark. This is only when the tv is on. The photos on the frame look fine but then it just switches off after an hour. I’ve had the cable company come multiple times thinking it was a problem with the cable. But no- it’s the tv. I have spent hours on the phone with Samsung trying to troubleshoot- it’s useless. Reading all these other reviews I realize I am not the only person experiencing this. Such a waste of money and time.

White spots when screen is black or dark
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Frame and were pleased for a long while. Lately it has white or gray spots when the screen is black or dark. For as expensive as this TV was, it’s so disappointing. I cannot return it at this point either.

Art mode inconsistent and poor picture quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV to display art when it is turned off and use my AppleTV for content. Unfortunately there is no way to turn this TV on/off via CEC from the AppleTV which means I always have to use two remotes. When it is in art mode the backlight is way too bright and it will not cycle through photo's on it's own. As a result, I have not used this feature at all. So now that we all know this is just a normal TV it is even more disappointing to know that the backlight bleeds through and there are three distinct hot spots on the screen. While I like the form factor, being flush to the wall, I would much rather have a quality TV without the form factor. In fact, most of the other TV's in the Samsung lineup do a better job with art mode than the one who's primary purpose is dedicated to it.

I love this product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this TV for over a year now, and I have been in love ever since. The screen is beautiful with barely any glare id any. The remote battery last extremely long and I love the solar charging on the back of the remote. Sounds quality is amazing, and the response time in lightning fast.

I couldn’t have asked for a better addition to my living space. Being able to display my work and the work of other artists in a single space at the touch of a button, Is the perfect solution for an art lover lover with a small wall space. This is the only TV I have purchased and hope it will last.
