Bag scratched after one flight
I have been trying to reach customer service. I had to buy a new Samsonite spinner bag because my travel pro bag zipper was broken on my departure flight. On my return, my Samsonite was considerably scratched.

Good case, but needs improvements
Light weight and good looking. However not a single pocket inside on a larger model and it is not expandable at all. Would love these options. Other than that seems sturdy and durable luggage piece.
