not user friendly

This bag is not sturdy enough to stay upright when walking through the airport. The wheels are not spinners which makes it worse. Since we didn’t travel with it until after my return period I reached out to Samsonite regarding design flaw and they referred me to the company that handles golf bags. They responded but have not followed through. I would not buy this bag for functionality.

Bought this as a gift. It was used twice before the wheel broke.
