Do better Macy's!!

I am extremely disappointed. Waited a long time to get the luggage, only to find that instead of the 31" size I ordered and paid for, I was sent a 27"....I am returning the luggage and will order elsewhere.

First time use: busted

Come on… I finally reached my destination from BOS-SAN, and right off the baggage carousel, I see my new luggage sans one wheel. This is the first time I got to use my new luggage. The one star is for it being very lightweight with easy spin when all four wheels are present.

Just a smidge too big.

Telescope legs take up a lot of packing room. Size is 1/2 inch too long and wide for it to be a "universal " carry on.
