I like my choice..Missing 1 little thing
I am pleased with my choice of luggage. Only one thing missing. I purchased the middle size suitcase. It didn't come with the protection dust bag. The carry-on and large suitcases came with the nice white dust bags. I can't understand why that one little detail wasn't detected and corrected. I'm going to contact customer service to request the dust bag. Other than that, I like the set and look forward to using the pieces.

Exceeds Major Airlines Carryon Size Limits
Purchased this carryon today after comparing lots of alternatives. Unfortunately, when I got it home I discovered its size exceeds the major airlines carryon limits. Too bad, because it's really a nice piece of luggage. Going to return it tomorrow.

This is a beautiful piece of luggage! After hours of research and consideration, I chose the Silhouette Softside luggage and I couldn’t be happier about my choice. The piece is well-designed and durable at an excellent price point. I especially love I can pack my things and access them easily from the case without having to unpack it all at my destination. I’m certain it will serve me well for years to come.

Yes, they’re very nice. They worked very well. We are only problem. Was trying to get the garment bag to zip.
Sturdy and versatile
This is a great what I call hybrid bag. It has a hard sided edge and back, but it is soft on the top and sides. I have never invested in a hard sided suit case before. And I feel soft sided is lighter weight. I like that. It comes with a well design packing cube and I like that the lid has the two pockets that zip. The only thing I would add is a zip pocket in the side of the bag itself.

False advertisement
I ordered the Medium luggage and it did not arrive as advertised like the pictures. It does not come with a pouch bag. Macy’s does a poor job in advertising and providing correct measurements. Very disappointed!
