Beautiful Design, but Scratched and Dinged on Firs
I love the look of this carry-on — it’s sleek, stylish, and makes a great first impression. It rolls smoothly and feels lightweight, which made airport navigation easy. That said, I was disappointed that it got scratched and dinged after just one use. I expected it to be a bit more durable, especially for the price and quality it seems to promise. If aesthetics are your top priority, it’s a winner. But if you're looking for something that can take a beating right out of the gate, you might want to keep looking.

I was hesitant on this style of suitcase with the double sides. The double sides can be difficult or different to use. I purchased this because it still gave me the room as my older regular wide opening. I’m an over-packer. I did have to press down on it pretty good to get all my things in there, but that was super easy to do and it closed great. It also has the extra zipper to expand it, if needed. I was pleasantly surprised of the expanded zipper and worried about the sturdiness. It can feel somewhat heavy once packed, but still light enough to lift up and put in the overhead. It’s light weight, moves or I should say glides wonderfully. The only cons, is one of the zippers can be difficult, but only because of the way they placed the tab. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to use the extra inside pockets because then I wasn’t able to close it. I’m sure it would close if you didn’t over pack, but I had it stuffed so I wouldn’t have to pay for a checked bag. Very Pleased with purchase.

After much research I ordered this back for my upcoming international trip to replace my current carry on. This is a beautiful bag BUT with the wheels it is over 23", over the 22" height limit for a carry on. Sadly, I will have to return this and my trip is just over a week away.

I'm 5'2" and have trouble walking. I really appreciate that the handle can be adjusted. I really appreciate the spinner wheels so I don't have to drag the suitcase. Love the interior laptop pocket.

straps are terrible
Although was excited to use this bag for all of its features, space and its good looks, the straps are absolutely awful! The straps to the backpack are extremely hard and although they look to be padded, it’s virtually some crunchy stiff foam sewn in. Because of the stiffness, which also makes a cheap foam sound when you squeeze it, they cut into the backpack of your neck (an I’m a petite person). I’m really surprised, that with all the thoughtful parts of this bag, that someone could approve the low quality and poor design of what you need to make a backpack functional.

Horrible and cheap
I have never hated a luggage more. The second time using this carry on the pull up handle broke. At the airport! Not only that but it falls over when it’s filled full. And you cannot have a LV duffle on it comfortably. This is such a stupid bag. I looked at using the warrenty but it is such a long and detailed process it’s just not worth the hassle. Everything about this bag makes me mad at this point.
