Not durable- first use already damaged
One of zippers broke off on first use. I used many brands check in suitcases over the years and this is the first time anything broke off like this. I am very disappointed for trusting name "Samsonite" and feel ripped off spending good money.

Avoid this model. Not built for durability.
Structure got bent first trip. Our last Samsonite product lasted 15 years. When I contacted Samsonite after the trip was told "too bad" and that warranty doesn't cover airline damage. We have had nothing but Samsonite products over the years. Pretty unfortunate.
