Lightweight yet durable roller for daily commuting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feels very sturdy, with beefy zippers and thick ballistic nylon. Spacious main compartment, and intelligent dividers and front pockets. Handle can lock in a couple of positions for folks of different heights, and handle is generally more robust than other rollers I've used. Only issue is that laptop compartment must be unzipped nearly to full extent to get my hands in to grab laptop or folders.

Refused the return

it's very small for travel. I ordered a bigger one. when I tried returning it with original backage, they said it's 37 days and can't be returned. the bag is not bad for couple of days trip but you can get it from a company that respect customers.

Meh....not so great

I bought it 12 months ago as i travel heavily for work. Pockets and design is good but handle retraction has issues. Upon calling Samsonite they want me to pay to ship it back to get "serviced". Cant bring it basck to store where i bought it to have them deal with their issues??!?!?! I am going back to Briggs & Reilly who stands behind their product. Samsonite you have to fight tooth and nail to get them to fix their problems... i have no time for that.

Great Backpack!

Love this Backpack! I purchased it to travel in Europe and because I was planning to do lots of walking, I wanted a comfortable backpack to accommodate a portable battery back, my small laptop, and my iPhone. This Backpack does all of that, and with room to spare.

Perfect biz travel bag, fits everything and more

Fits everything and more. Perfect bag for biz trip. Bought this because I recently had back surgery and couldn’t carry my work backpack. This fit my laptop, all the cords and chargers i usually bring, plus snacks and and a full change of extra clothes. Super roomy inside, a great purchase overall. It’ll come in handy even for personal trips.

Smaller than advertised

The design is great, but this product is not the dimensions advertised. It is 1-2 inches shorter and a lot less internal space. If you like smaller bags it would be great, if you want to maximize carry on, it’s not the right bag.
