Used Thrice, could not stand up to airline travel

I relied on the samsonite name, thinking it could stand up to regular airline travel. I bought this suitcase new and used it three times, and now I'm not sure if it can be repaired or safe to use. I've had this suitcase for a little less than a year, it was supposed to replace a suitcase I've used for over 20 years. When I went on my last trip to Florida in July I used that same old suitcase not my new one. What a disappointment.

Tool to change code is not in the product.

Its not that impressive

For the money I spent I would have hoped it would have been a tougher suitcase. After my first flight from Guam to California the expansion zipper broke and I am not sure how to get it reset. I was hoping that in spending more money I would have received more reliability. I don't think I will stick with this brand in my future purchases.

Samsonite carry-on is great!

This is a good little carry-on. It's the perfect size for most airlines' requirements, but I checked it, because I'm too old now to hoist it up and into the overhead bin if it's fully packed. It made it through the checked bag process and four different airplanes (all those handlers) with not one scratch. The handle works well, and the wheels glide smoothly. Glad I bought it.

Distinctive luggage

We ordered these suitcases for an upcoming trip. We love them, they're light, and sturdy, and just distinctive enough to distinguish them on the baggage claim. And they're good looking!
