Size

It's too big and hard to handle if it's full.

Never arrived, refund way too late

I’ve ordered this product for a holiday I was about to go on. It never arrived. Had to call customer service 3 times, and was told something different ever time. First person said I will get a refund. Second said refund is on the way. Third person said I have to wait for two week before I can get a refund. I’ll never buy from Macy‘s again.

has anyone had an issue at airport?

I bought this and love the size, but might return as its clearly over the linear measurement of 62 inch. Has anyone had an issue checking it in at jetblue or delta? Did they charge you more money ?
