Bulky and awkward to maneuver

After United damaged my soft case I decided to buy this one. HUGE mistake. I'm an older female and travel a lot for work. This bag is a challenge to fit in an XL Uber so beware when booking. A large SUV is needed and still might need a seat folded down. It's awkward to push around. I will be selling an buying something different.
