Great Luggage for All Ages
The medium Samsonite AirLIFT is a good size for me. I first bought the large size but realized that in spite of its light weight, the large could get heavy if I overpack. The medium will be easier to handle for a senior like me, and it will be more flexible for packing in the car. I like the quality and the color, and I love the sale price.
Edges destroyed after just two trips
We purchased a not-inexpensive four-piece AirLIFT luggage set. Although the carry-ons are still beautiful after two trips on United Airlines, almost all the edges of the checked luggage are worn and ripped badly, peeling away from the inside layer. The recycled plastic fabric does NOT wear well at all! Unfortunately, it's too late to return them to Macy's.

I like it so far.
It's light and airy enough, the wheels spin so well! It was easy to pack. The only thing I don't like is that the packing areas in the lid part are subdivided in two pieces. So you can't put pants up there.

Damaged wheel
Recently purchased the AirLIFT Medium spinner and the wheel was damaged by the airline. The airline compensated me for the damage, but I still wanted to have it repaired at my cost. I contacted Samsonite to ask if a replacement was available that I could purchase. The response from Samsonite was "Unfortunately, the necessary parts are currently unavailable." This is not the type of response that I was expecting.

Outstanding Samsonite 2-Piece AirLift Luggage Set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Samsonite 2-piece AirLift luggage set a month ago. Since then I flew six legs to Africa and back to the US and took a boat cruise. Samsonite meets most airlines requirements, its fabric from recycled pet bottles helps the environment and this material is both durable and light weight. The interior and external designs are versatile and practical with retractable ID tags and pockets for a frequent traveler. You can adjust the height of the handles and when moving along the wheels and of this AirLift Luggage are smooth and quiet. Additionally the price was very competitive with a 10-year warranty !!. Given the above, I am very pleased with this Samsonite 2-piece AirLift luggage set !
