I purchased them online and my delivery arrived on time. However what I received was a Sam & Libby box with the same UPC as the shoes I purchased, but with a completely different pair AND brand of shoes in the box.
Not well made but very stylish
1) Stylish, from cute to classy A+ 2) Comfort was not very important in the design of this shoe. Not completely uncomfortable, just no comfort at all. 3) Shoe is a bit cheaply made. Little things like glue on stitching, bottom of shoe peeling after first hour of wear. 4) The biggest complaint: Yes, go down half a size BUT the heel strap on my right shoe is longer than the foot bed, so it constantly slips off. lol
Good shoes but it is big sizing .

Beautiful and comfortable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are so pretty and so comfortable! I have flat feet that are wider at the front with a very narrow heel. These fit perfectly and are true to size. The black cherry color is beautiful and they look nice with both dresses/skirts and with jeans. I love the velvet detail. I will definitely order this brand again in the future!

Order a half size down
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Size down a half size. Where it wraps around my ankle, I keep slipping out of it when I step. I have slightly wider feet and these shoes out of the box do not pinch my feet. The velvet portion doesn’t fully wrap over the elastic of the sling-back which makes them look kind of cheap.

Adorable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit is perfect and it’s comfortable! The sling has faux leather lining and the insole has enough padding to cushion your walk. In terms of durability, I haven't had the chance to wear it for that long yet. The material inside the shoe is soft and buttery, I don't think you need to break them in. I received this product in exchange for a review.
