Unique fabric skirt but size up!

I purchase the top and the skirt. I returned the matching top because the sleeve style was "too puffy" for my taste and it was a little short in length. I kept the skirt because it can go with other tops I own. Note it runs small.. junior sizing it seems. I am slim 5'7" 125lbs and usually wear size 4/xsmall/small but needed a medium in this skirt and top.
