Great boots ! Terrible customer service!

These are beautiful the only problem is 2 woks after purchasing the went down in price by 35 percent and they wouldn’t give me credit for the difference and you can’t return and rebuy because they put it on clearance so wrong in so many ways! Reaching it to customer service is a waist of time because they say they can’t help you!! Total bull!

Very bad fit

I ordered the wide calf boots and they sent me the regular ones which in the other brands I’m able to fit in them but this one there is no possible way. It’s like you are trying to get your foot into a pvc pipe literally.
