Not for curvy women

This coat is beautiful, unfortunately it is NOT for curvy women. The back opens up Ans that's not natural to its esthetic.

Not quite

I purchased the blue. It is an absolutely beautiful coat. However It's more like a periwinkle color more than the blue that you see in the picture. The coat looks beautiful from the front but the pleat does not lay good in the back. Maybe if you went up a size it would look better, but from the front it looks beautiful. Really good for someone that is very slender, not for the curvy type. Unfortunately it's going back.

Perfect warm stylish coat

Bought this in black and I love it! Flows just right and I love the pleat in the back. I'm 5.2' and the length was great. I bought size 6 could prob have gone with size 4 but wanted to be able to fit bulky item underneath. Great price for a beautiful coat!

Great coat!

The coat is great and the color is just amazing and unique I'm usually a size 12 but I had to get a size 14 in order for the back slit not to open that much but the rest of the coat fit perfect ! I'm 5'7 and weight 179lb

Love this coat!

I bought this coat at Macys during the sale, in black the coat is beautiful it feels like cashmere, it runs true to size. As for the other review that mentioned the back gaping open where it is pleated, that is because you are suppose to snip the two stitches on the back of the coat, at the bottom of the pleat, they are only put there to hold coat in place while shipping.

Nice enough but disappointed

The coat itself seemed nice enough (material, lining, quality), but it sure didn't fit me well. I ordered my normal size (Size 12, 5'5", 160 lbs). The coat length was as described. The sleeves were very long (needed professional alteration). The pleat in the back did not "hang" well, it gaped open, and not because the coat was tight). I ordered it in Red, and the actual color was more of a burnt orangish-red. Disappointed. Returned to Macy's.
