Damaged Boots

Boots arrived damaged. Will return to store.

Customer Service

I reached out to customer service by phone to cancel this order. When I spoke to her, she said it hadn’t shipped yet and that she would contact UPS to cancel delivery. She also stated I would receive a confirmation email stating this item had been cancelled for shipment. Almost a week later, this item is delivered to my door. Customer service via the APP was not available for use. Customer service in the MACYS APP and on the phone are lacking tremendously.
