Pretty coat..........runs small.

Brought for my daughter. She liked the coat very much, however, we had to return it because it was too small.....to short arm length wise. She's like 4"11; 78 lbs. Purchased the size 16 which is Juniors XL. The coat just runs small. Wish it did fit her small frame. Still is a pretty coat.
