Messy

Very poorly designed rice cooker. I cook the smallest amount of rice (180 ml rice in .2 litres water) and it makes a mess. Cleaning this rice cooker is a chore compared to other rice cookers I’ve owned. The vegetable steamer basket works well.

Hi ML. There are many types of rice, and each type should be cooked according to the product instructions for best results. Please keep in mind that rinsing the rice well removes starch from the rice, which then leads to less foam when cooking and therefore less mess.
