Horrible. Dry old disgusting!!! Didnt even come wrapped in the ribbon. It was crumpled in the box

These brownies were very light and fluffy but VERY flavorful. I usually like thick and heavy brownies, so I was pleasantly surprised. They only thing missing were the nuts.

Poor packaging

They packaged the 5 little box’s in a large box with nothing to protect the items, the box was crushed as were the 5 items inside. I called to have the items replaced and they sent me a Macy’s card and no replacement. Language barrier. I would not buy again!

received this today and sadly it looks like the tower was taken apart to fit in a smaller box. brownies were everywhere in box. very disappointing to pay this amount and receive it looking awful.
