These comforters are the absolute best EVER. They are so warm I live in a 70 yr old cabin in Snow Valley and this comforter has been my favorite. Just bought my 3rd one and only bc I upgraded to a king size bed. No clumping of feathers and I know it says dry clean but I have washed my over and over and put a tennis ball in the dryer with them. Buy this you def won't be sorry! I love mine.

Luxurious lightweight goose down comforter

I love the comforter. Needed a new one. I like a lighter weight down so when I put it into a new duvet it’s not too hot or heavy. Pure luxury.

No where near the plume that is pictured. I waited a few weeks to right the review to give the down comforter time decompress fully

Appalling Customer Service

I am reviewing Macy’s customer service not the product itself because unfortunately, I never received the product. Macy was deceptive, dishonest, and fraudulent in their advertisement and guarantee that when ordering an item on Christmas Eve, it would be received Christmas Eve evening before the store closed. The items ordered were planned Christmas 2024 presents however they were not received until approximately the second week of January. One item that I ordered, was not received at all, and after calling the customer service, telephone line and going to the store multiple times, it was determined that the item was lost and somehow untraceable. I would caution anyone that is planning on ordering anything from Macy’s to ensure that their order is accurate and legitimate.

Stained

Received my comforter and when unzipped the bag I realized it had a few bluish stains on it. I didn’t even have to take it out the packaging to see all the stains. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until after my return window was over.
