Other occasion to buy:Don’t actually know since I never got it!

Ordered, waited weeks then was cancelled

We saw a great deal, ordered right away for my son’s new college dorm room, then waited for weeks with no notifications. Finally we get a notice that our money had been refunded, still with no explanation. After all that we’re notified that our order was cancelled because of manage in shipping?!? Why cancel my order because YOU damaged it? Why wouldn’t you just ship a new one. Now do I not only have to try to order another one, but I also lose the pricing I had for my original! Terrible service!

The mattress pad is a bit lumpy, but does the job.
