Got lumpy after a year

I purchased this a year ago and at the time loved the padded feeling. It fit well on my California King. However, after 10 months and regular washes, the cover started developing balls all over the surface. They are large enough to feel through the sheets. I will get a different brand next time as I feel that a mattress cover should last for years.

Never Received! Customer Service lied to me.

Ordered this on 1/23/25 and have not received. Talked to Customer Service, Beth on 1/31 and she stated that she had corrected it and that I would receive on 2/5. My tracking has changed. It has never been mailed! I want a refund as you cant seem to be honest. Done with shopping at Macys.
